Request account deletion

To delete your Time SCAN account, submit the request form below or email us from your account email address. We deactivate the account and remove your personal and face data, except records we are required to keep by law. Requests are processed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

All enrolled employees and their face templates / thumbnails (face data)
Stations and other personal profile data

Retained where required by law

The account record is soft-deleted (marked deleted), not erased, only where records must be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Attendance scan logs are stored only on the device and are removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. To fully erase any retained records, state that in your request and we will comply where the law allows.

Delete data yourself in the app

One employee’s face data: Employees → tap employee → Delete.
Sign out clears local data (scan logs, cached faces) on the device.

หากต้องการลบบัญชี Time SCAN ให้กรอก แบบฟอร์มขอลบบัญชี หรืออีเมลจากอีเมลบัญชีของคุณมาที่ support@creativeonline.co.th เราจะปิดการใช้งานบัญชีและลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลใบหน้าทั้งหมด (โปรไฟล์ พนักงาน เทมเพลตใบหน้า และสถานี) ภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องจัดเก็บ

สิ่งที่ถูกลบ

สิทธิ์การเข้าสู่ระบบ (บัญชีถูกปิดการใช้งาน)
พนักงานที่ลงทะเบียนทั้งหมด พร้อมเทมเพลตใบหน้าและรูปย่อ (ข้อมูลใบหน้า)
สถานี (จุดสแกน) และข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ส่วนบุคคลอื่น ๆ

ข้อมูลที่เก็บต่อตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

ระเบียนบัญชีจะถูกทำเครื่องหมายว่าลบแล้ว (soft-delete) ไม่ได้ลบทิ้งทั้งหมด เฉพาะเท่าที่ต้องจัดเก็บตามภาระผูกพันทางกฎหมายและบัญชี ทั้งนี้ log การสแกน เก็บอยู่ในเครื่องเท่านั้น และจะถูกลบเมื่อออกจากระบบหรือถอนการติดตั้งแอป

ลบข้อมูลด้วยตนเองในแอป

ลบใบหน้าพนักงานรายคน: ในแอป → พนักงาน → เลือกคน → ลบ
ออกจากระบบ จะล้างข้อมูลในเครื่อง (log การสแกน / ใบหน้าที่แคช)
