Time SCAN provides face-recognition time-attendance for organizations. The organization is the data controller for the employee data it enrolls and is responsible for obtaining employees’ consent to face enrollment as required by applicable law.
You agree to use the app lawfully and to enroll face data only with appropriate consent. You must not misuse or attempt to access other organizations’ data.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

การใช้งาน Time SCAN ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
Time SCAN ให้บริการลงเวลาทำงานด้วยการจดจำใบหน้าสำหรับองค์กร โดยองค์กรเป็น ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานที่ตนลงทะเบียน และมีหน้าที่ขอความยินยอมจาก พนักงานในการลงทะเบียนใบหน้าตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
คุณตกลงใช้แอปอย่างถูกกฎหมาย และลงทะเบียนข้อมูลใบหน้าเมื่อได้รับความยินยอม ที่เหมาะสมเท่านั้น ห้ามใช้งานโดยมิชอบหรือพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลขององค์กรอื่น
บริการให้ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” (as is) เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความ เสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง
